Warranty Policy

3-year manufacturer warranty on every NovaHasher Pro, backed by worldwide door-to-door RMA service.

1Warranty Coverage

  • Every NovaHasher Pro includes a 3-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Coverage begins on the date of confirmed dispatch from our facility.
  • Warranty covers: hardware failures and component defects under normal operating conditions.
  • All warranty repairs and replacements are carried out at no charge to the buyer, including parts and labour.

2What Is Not Covered

  • Physical damage caused by mishandling, dropping, or impact.
  • Water damage or exposure to humidity beyond rated operating conditions.
  • Overclocking beyond factory-rated specifications.
  • Unauthorised modifications, firmware alterations, or third-party hardware additions.
  • Damage resulting from inadequate power supply, voltage spikes, or improper electrical installation.
  • Normal wear and tear, including fan bearing wear after extended operation.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

3How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • Email warranty@novahasher.com with subject line: "Warranty Claim — [Your Order Number]".
  • Include: your order number, a clear description of the fault, and photos or video evidence of the issue.
  • Our team will respond within 2 business days to assess your claim.
  • If approved, we will issue a prepaid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) label for door-to-door collection.
  • Do not ship the unit before receiving an RMA number — unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

4RMA & Repair Process

  • We offer worldwide door-to-door RMA service at no cost to you for valid warranty claims.
  • Once received, units are inspected and repaired or replaced within 10 business days.
  • You will receive tracking information when your repaired or replacement unit is dispatched.
  • If your exact model is unavailable, we will ship an equivalent or superior replacement.

5On-Site Diagnosis

For enterprise buyers operating 10+ units, we offer remote diagnostic assistance via our technical support team before initiating a physical return. Contact enterprise@novahasher.com to arrange a remote session.

6Warranty Transfer

The warranty is transferable to a new owner if the unit is resold, provided the original proof of purchase is supplied. To transfer a warranty, email warranty@novahasher.com with both parties' details and the original order number.

7Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for product defects. NovaHasher's liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. We are not liable for consequential damages including lost mining revenue or downtime costs.
