1Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on NovaHasher.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. If you do not accept these terms, do not place an order. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Buyer") and NovaHasher ("Seller").

2Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Bitcoin (BTC). USD equivalents are indicative only and subject to market fluctuation.
• Product specifications are accurate at time of listing but may be updated with minor revisions without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities to available stock.
• Prices may change without notice. The price at time of your confirmed order is the binding price.

3Payment Terms

• All payments must be made exclusively in Bitcoin (BTC) to the wallet address provided at checkout.
• Send the exact BTC amount shown — underpayments will not be processed automatically.
• Orders are confirmed after 3 blockchain confirmations (approximately 30 minutes).
• You must email your transaction hash (TX ID) to orders@novahasher.com to confirm your order.
• NovaHasher is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or lost due to user error.

4Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days worldwide via express courier with full insurance.
• Tracking information will be emailed upon dispatch.
• Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon handover to the courier.
• NovaHasher is not liable for delays caused by customs, force majeure, or courier failures.

5Warranty

• The NovaHasher Pro includes a 3-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Warranty covers: hardware failures under normal operating conditions.
• Warranty excludes: physical damage, water damage, overclocking beyond rated specs, unauthorised modifications, and damage from inadequate power supply.
• To make a warranty claim, email warranty@novahasher.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or video evidence.
• We offer door-to-door RMA service worldwide.

6Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, all sales are final once payment is confirmed on-chain.
• Returns may be accepted within 14 days for units with a confirmed manufacturing defect, at our discretion.
• Approved refunds will be issued in BTC to the sending wallet address within 5 business days.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless the return is due to our error.

7Limitation of Liability

NovaHasher's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost mining revenue, electricity costs, or opportunity cost. Bitcoin mining profitability is not guaranteed and depends on network difficulty, BTC price, and electricity rates.

8Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NovaHasher is registered. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
