Shipping Policy

Free worldwide express shipping on every order, fully insured.

1Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after Bitcoin payment is confirmed on-chain (3 confirmations required). You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once processing begins. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

2Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Express: 3–5 business days worldwide — included free with every order.
  • Priority Express: 1–2 business days (select regions) — available at checkout for an additional fee.
  • Freight (bulk orders of 3+ units): dedicated logistics, timeline quoted per order.
  • Delivery estimates are from dispatch date and are not guaranteed due to customs and carrier variables.

3Free Shipping

All NovaHasher Pro orders include free worldwide express shipping. This includes full cargo insurance, a tracking number, and signature-required delivery. No minimum order value applies.

4Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your shipment in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of payment confirmation, contact support@novahasher.com.

5Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees depending on your country.
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and are not included in our pricing.
  • We declare the accurate commercial value on all customs documents — we do not under-declare.
  • We recommend checking your country's import regulations for mining hardware before ordering.

6Packaging

Each unit is packaged in anti-static, shock-absorbing custom foam inside a double-walled export-grade carton. All hardware is individually tested before dispatch. Units are sealed with tamper-evident tape — if the seal is broken on delivery, photograph it immediately and contact us before accepting the shipment.

7Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • All shipments include full cargo insurance at no extra cost.
  • If your unit arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and unit immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
  • If your shipment is lost in transit, we will file a carrier claim and dispatch a replacement or issue a refund once the claim is resolved.

8Restricted Countries

We are unable to ship to countries subject to international trade sanctions or export restrictions. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions, we will notify you within 2 business days and arrange a full refund in BTC.
